Community Improvement Plan
On September 18, 2007, Cramahe Township Council adopted a new Community Improvement Plan for the Villages of Colborne and Castleton to take effect January 1, 2008.
The Plan is designed to encourage commercial building owners and business owners in Colborne and Castleton to improve building facades and signage, as well as develop vacant and under utilized commercial buildings through a series of grants and loans funded by the Township of Cramahe.
